There are a number of pre-defined reports that are included, but new custom reports can also be developed for specific customer demands. Output format depends on the report type, but normally the output is PDF, Excel or Text. Reports can be viewed directly, printed or sent by email. There is also a function that allows scheduling of automatic generation of reports for sending via email or printing.
